WiViTouch Warranty & Repair Service WiVi Touch provides the following warranty on its products. The warranty period starts from the date when wivitouch first ships products to the customer. All the following warranty and repair service suits for WiViTouch's standard and mass-produced touch products.  For some special touch screen or other touch products that were customized or customers appointed, the warranty and repair service will follow by the contract between WiViTouch and customers.

Out of Warranty Repair Services Situation :

1. Customized products, free samples, customer appointed special products and specially priced products are not eligible for Warranty Replacement.
2. WiViTouch is under no obligation to provide warranty and repair for wrongly ordered products.
3. WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for Physical damage(including but not limited to damages of communication cable on the touch panel, damages of transducers, touch products are broken, controllers out of shape and to be pieces, depressed or cracked and so on).
4.WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for unauthorized disassembling repair or modification of the products.
5. WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for any defects caused by improper storage or unsuitable working environment (including but not limited to rust resulting from environmental humidification or any damages resulting from excessive working voltage etc.).
6.WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for any defects caused by abuse, misuse, improper operating of the products.
7.WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for damage or loss of WiViTouch products because of a natural disaster (such as earthquake, fire or flood), social unrest or governmental policies, etc.
8.WiViTouch is under NO obligation to provide warranty and repair for failure for providing a suitable operating environment including hardware and software.
